VIDIFI DUYEN HAI LOGISTICS CENTER PROMOTING "GREEN LOGISTICS" AND DRIVING DIGITAL TRANSFOEMATION IN OPERATIONS
Continuing the series introducing industrial real estate developers in Vietnam, this article highlights VIDIFI Duyen Hai. More than just a pioneering project in the northern logistics market, VIDIFI Duyen Hai represents a “green logistics” model and is at the forefront of applying AI in management and operations.
The “Logistics Gateway” of the North
The VIDIFI Duyen Hai Logistics Center is strategically located, providing effective connectivity between major industrial zones in Hai Phong, Ha Noi, Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh, and neighboring provinces with international seaports.
Strategically located at the gateway of the Hanoi–Hai Phong Expressway and connected to major seaports and international trade routes, the VIDIFI Duyen Hai Logistics Center (VDH Logistics Park) offers significant advantages. Its position allows seamless integration with key industrial zones across Hai Phong, Ha Noi, Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh, and nearby international ports, reinforcing its role as a logistics hub of the North.
Mr. Dao Manh Dang emphasized that the center is not only a logistics service provider but also a strategic partner in building a sustainable and efficient logistics ecosystem.

The standout strength of VIDIFI Duyen Hai lies in its comprehensive integration model - one of the few logistics centers that connects expressways, seaports, and international airports. This multidimensional connectivity not only shortens transit times but also helps reduce cross-regional transportation costs.
With over 70% of its clients being FDI enterprises, VIDIFI Duyen Hai has proven its strong appeal as an integrated logistics hub. The presence of leading corporations in manufacturing, export-import, and e-commerce has elevated both the economic value of the project and its role in creating a sustainable logistics network for the entire region. In 2024, the occupancy rate for core functions such as warehouses and office space consistently exceeded 90%, with overall business growth reaching 5%.
Not limiting itself to the domestic market, VIDIFI Duyen Hai is also actively expanding connections with the ASEAN region and major international markets such as China, Japan, and South Korea.
Sustainable Steps from Choosing the Right Building Materials
Amid growing pressure for green transition in Vietnam’s logistics sector—driven by environmental policies in key export markets such as the EU and the US—VIDIFI Duyen Hai has positioned itself not only as a modern storage and logistics hub but also as a platform advancing green logistics.
From the very foundation, VIDIFI Duyen Hai has integrated a wide range of energy-efficient solutions, including:
LED lighting systems
Skylight roofing to optimize natural daylight
Environmentally friendly construction materials
The entire roofing system at VIDIFI Duyen Hai utilizes COLORBOND® steel with ACTIVATE™ technology, ensuring long-lasting durability for warehouses and logistics centers. This material delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and superior performance in the harsh Northern climate, helping the project maintain both sustainability and efficiency.
VIDIFI Duyen Hai Driving Digital Transformation in Operations
Beyond “greening” its infrastructure, VIDIFI Duyen Hai has also invested in digital technologies. A highlight is the Warehouse Management System (WMS), which not only tracks inventory in real time but also uses data analytics and demand forecasting to optimize space usage and minimize resource waste.
The company places strong emphasis on applying IoT and AI in logistics management and operations. For example, sensor systems for temperature, humidity, and air quality monitoring ensure optimal conditions for storage while achieving energy efficiency targets.
At the same time, AI supports the design of fuel-efficient transport routes and shortens product delivery cycles for manufacturers. This is particularly critical for sectors such as electronics and component manufacturing, where supply chain optimization is key to a circular economy strategy.
