With over 70% of its clients being FDI enterprises, VIDIFI Duyen Hai has proven its strong appeal as an integrated logistics hub. In 2024, the occupancy rate for core functions such as warehouses and office space consistently exceeded 90%, with overall business growth reaching 5%.
